Dr. Shoji Kagami, Director of Tokushima University Hospital, was awarded an honorary membership in the Asian Pediatric Nephrology Association, and the award ceremony was held on November 24 (Fri.), 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at the 15th Asian Congress of Pediatric Nephrology.
This is the second time a Japanese person has been awarded an honorary membership in the Association. Dr. Kagami was recognized for his international academic achievements and major contributions to the treatment of pediatric kidney disease in developing countries in Asia.
